If the product is damaged, not as described, wrong quantity or wrong product were delivered, the customer needs to report this to www.thebeachnut.com or Email us at hello@thebeachnut.com within 48 hours from delivery date.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:
